Dogs, those charming companions of ours, have an enchanting history that begins with their wild wolf ancestors. Ancient wolves must have apparently one day thought to themselves- "why not hang out with some humans today?" This leap led to a unique and loving partnership that we humans have grown accustomed to and even reliant on. These wolves assisted early humans in hunting and guarding, receiving not only sustenance but also ear scratches in return.

As time galloped forward, dogs evolved into an incredible array of breeds, each tailored to specific tasks. However, their defenselessness, compared to their wild roots, became overwhelmingly apparent. Dogs no longer needed to battle predators or fend for food. Instead, they enjoyed cozy homes, gourmet meals, and endless cuddles. Today, our dogs live in the lap of luxury, complete with a cozy roof over their heads, bowls brimming with gourmet hypoallergenic food, and an endless supply of cuddles, snuggles, and kisses. In fact, we've pampered our doggos to such an extent that they'd likely flunk the survival test in the wilderness. But can you really blame them? We sure can't. It's us, their human parents who are responsible for their level of pamperedness and we would not change a gosh darned thing.
